My name is Joe Bauer, I am the owner of Bauer's House of Power. The year was 2020 at this point in my life I had been married for four years, had two kids, and was working for my fire department for four years as well. It was Father's Day, and my wife had the wonderful idea to have a three-generation photo of my dad, son, and myself because we share the same name. Although it was a great moment, I was not happy with what I saw in the photos. I had let myself get incredibly unhealthy; I ballooned up to 280lbs for me that was the largest I had ever been. More importantly though I saw the poor example that I was setting for my children. In that moment I made the decision that I was going to change my life, not just for myself but for my wife and kids as well. In 24 months, I lost 73lbs, the plan wasn't crazy just a healthy diet and resistance training. I have been a personal trainer for seven years with success and experience, I am confident and capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.
